Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery
• Delivery slots are subject to availability from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
• We provide free local delivery to a single location per order, for one-time purchase of S$100 and above.
• For purchases less than S$100, a delivery fee of S$50.00 will be imposed.
• Deliveries are available in Singapore only.
• Deliveries will be made within 3 working days from the day transaction is made. Advance ordering is not
allowed.
• No changes on your delivery address, date or time of delivery are allowed after completed transaction.
Any additional changes of your order, delivery address, date and time may incur an administrative
charge of S$50.00.
• Any given instruction of delivery to unsupervised locations e.g. dropping off goods at the door of the
specified delivery address, shall be at your own risk of loss, theft and damaged.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the delivery and charge a re-delivery fee/ impose a
cancellation fee of S$50.00 or forfeit the full order for any unsuccessful orders due to the cancellation of
orders/ absence of receiving party during the confirmed delivery slot
2. Orders
• After placing an online order, you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have
received your order.
• No cancellation order is allowed after the order confirmation sent to you via your email address.
• Goods accepted are considered sold and are non-refundable.
• You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you have selected when you checkout your order.
